The autoprint system includes fully integrated Inline Control systems. Just like the autopilot on an airplane, autoprint users can control their printing process quality fully automatically. Particularly high quality requirements in the commercial web offset sector are supported by manroland solutions for the inline control of ink density with InlineDensity Control, InlineCutoff Control Dynamic, InlineRegistration Control, and InlineFanout Control.
InlineCutoff Control or InlineCutoff Control Dynamic provide automatic, precise control of the cutoff register, thereby avoiding waste. InlineCutoff Control Dynamic also uses the cutting cylinder in the fold. It records every revolution and makes immediate adjustments if needed.
InlineDensity Control is a fast, dynamic tool that determines the true ink density value with a single measurement across the entire paper width, and ensures high printing quality. High-resolution cameras, LED flash lighting, short measuring cycles, as well as a robust design, make the system highly efficient.
InlineRegistration Control is installed after the last printing unit, i.e. before the
dryer, and creates the ideal conditions for the rapid optimization of color registers. Inconspicuous point markers for up to eight colors, a robust design, and integration in the One Touch operating system come together to ensure convenient use.
InlineFanout Control provides additional non-contact compensation for fanout. The air jets of the image correction rollers are precisely guided by a motor. The system therefore requires a consistently low compressed air supply.
