They optimize quality, accelerate production changes, and help avoid waste.
InlineRegistration Control regulates the color register with a high level of precision and provides the foundation for optimum printing quality. The operator can monitor and fine-tune the automatic control process on the monitor or the SlidePad.
Depending on the plate cylinder temperature, InlineDampening Control meters out the required quantity of dampening solution. As a result, waste is reduced during production start-ups and changeovers.
InlineTension Control ensures uniform web tension, and thus reliable production and excellent quality during start-ups and production runs.
InlineDensity Control regulates ink density to ensure maximum printing quality. High quality standards for commercial and hybrid products can now also be met in newspaper printing, with both minimal waste and outstanding consistency.
InlineCutoff Control uses a camera for high-frequency control of the exact cutting position via draw and register rollers, thus ensuring the quality of the finished newspaper. Installed near the former, the shorter control distance results in less waste. A generic version with image data is available on request.
